On May 15th, Tibersoft hosted our first ever User Group meeting. We would like to extend a huge thanks to everyone who participated in this interactive and informative event.

As we have said before, implementing an effective Customer Intelligence strategy is very challenging. During the User Group, we demonstrated best practices of an effective Customer Intelligence strategy and specific examples that attendees could take back to their organizations. Examples included:

• Adding Direct Sales to existing Explore module to tie Indirect Sales with Direct Sales
• Utilizing OpTRADE to uncover prioritized White Space opportunities
• Using the mapping utility within OpID module to create data visualization

We also implemented a new customer driven development approach. Client satisfaction is extremely important to us, therefore, we want our customers actively involved in the future development of Tibersoft iQ. Using a focus group approach, we introduced proposed new features and received feedback that will help ensure these new features deliver on their proposed value.
