Our Client Success Managers – CSMs – ensure that you are looking at the right picture to draw your insights upon. The Tibersoft system is built to help you know what data is loaded. Your CSMs will dive into the system with you and support getting the data sources you need up and running smoothly.


Your CSMs primary goal is to ensure you are getting the most value out of your partnership with Tibersoft. They make sure your users have what they need to be successful in the tool. This includes ongoing touchpoints to cover training, new feature introductions,  data health reviews, and insight delivery. In addition to being technical experts, our CSMs know how to translate data into meaningful, actionable information your business needs.
