Sr. Client Support Analyst

The Customer Support team is responsible for providing Tier 1 support to Tibersoft clients. The successful candidate will work to resolve configuration, connectivity, application, and data management problems expeditiously, minimizing customer impact and proactively reducing the recurrence of problems utilizing standards, procedures, processes and “best practices.”
