We’re happy you will be joining us in Chicago on September 26th at Navigators: A Tibersoft Conference (the “Event”). Here you will find the complete details on the Event registration, attendance, and multimedia policies.

Cancellation
If you know you cannot attend the event, cancellations received by 5:00pm (Eastern Time) prior to September 5th, 2018, will be accepted. There will be a $100 Food & Beverage penalty fee for cancellations received after 5:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) on September 5th, 2018. To cancel your registration, you will need to send your cancellation in writing to michelle.mccabe@tibersoft.com.

Substitutions
If you know you cannot attend the event, you can transfer your event pass to someone else until September 21st, 2018 at 5:00pm (Eastern Time). To transfer your pass, send an email to michelle.mccabe@tibersoft.com.

Photography, Audio, and Video Recording
The Event is held in a public space. We don’t prohibit participants, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing, capturing video or audiotaping Event activities. We reserve the right to use all images, videos and audio files taken at the Event that include participants, including yourself. By attending the Event, you consent to having your image, voice, likeness and/or presentation recorded. We reserve the right to use such images, recordings and videos without notice or compensation. Such recordings might include content or material that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other rights in which Tibersoft owns or licenses. Participants are not allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute any photographs, videos or audio files taken at the Event for commercial use without Tibersoft’s express prior written permission.

Venue Policies
You acknowledge and understand that your attendance is also subject to the dress code, policies and procedures that are applicable at the Event Venue, The Union League Club of Chicago.
