Keith Enstice - President and CEO
With nearly 30 years of enterprise software experience, Keith is responsible for leading Tibersoft through its next phase of growth as the company broadens its offering to the market and increases overall market penetration.
His experience includes a successful 16-year career at Manugistics, a global leader of supply chain solutions. During his tenure, the company grew from a 15-person team with no clients to a $180 million firm with 1,200 employees and 850 clients. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Alliances, he led the efforts into the grocery, foodservice and food manufacturing verticals, securing relationships with such world-class firms as Unilever, Nabisco, Nestle, Campbell Soup, McDonalds, Safeway and Stop & Shop. He also served as Vice President of Marketing and Senior Vice President of Global Consulting Services.
Following this success, Keith served as Chief Operating Officer for Spaceworks, a provider of web-based order management solutions. He recruited the majority of the management team and grew the company from $1 million with 45 employees to $16 million in revenues and 240 employees within 2 years. He validated the vision of selling on the web in a B2B environment, landing such foundation accounts as General Electric, Maytag, Avaya, Pratt & Whitney and Diebold.
Keith received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.
Christopher
W. Martin - Chief Strategist
and Founder
Mr. Martin’s visionary leadership and focused strategy
have fueled Tibersoft’s momentum in the arena of foodservice
supply chain solutions. Mr. Martin founded Tibersoft in 1996
and secured relationships with market leaders such as SYSCO,
ARAMARK, and The Cheesecake Factory.
To Tibersoft he brings 16 years of software sales and marketing
experience including sales management at Access Technology
(acquired by CompuServe) and total quality consultant at Organizational
Dynamics where he helped form the TQM software division. In
1992 Mr. Martin started the South Natick Group - a software
development company providing executive information systems.
Marquee clients included CVS, Hershey Foods, Gateway 2000,
Hewlett Packard, and John Hancock.
Mr. Martin’s success with SNG brought him into contact
with the foodservice industry. At Tibersoft he recruited venture
partners and key external board members. Today, as Chief Strategist
Mr. Martin is a renowned speaker and writer on many topics
associated with supply chain execution.
Chris Hart - Senior Director of Engineering and Product Management
One of Tibersoft's first employees, Chris brings hands-on foodservice experience to the Company. Previously, he owned and operated a fine-dining restaurant in the South End of Boston, Tremont 647, as well as managed store operations for Whole Foods Market. It was at Whole Foods in 1996 where Chris started applying his technical background to solving foodservice challenges when he initiated and conceptualized an Internet-based grocery delivery service for the company. Since joining Tibersoft, Chris has been an integral part of successful product implementations for SYSCO, ARAMARK, The Cheesecake Factory and other foundation accounts. His understanding of the foodservice supplychain is critical to the design of the product. He is responsible for the leadership of the Engineering team and for directing all aspects of Tibersoft's Product Roadmap.
Beth Madore - Senior Director of Professional Services
With over 20 years in the software industry, Beth is an accomplished professional with a strong focus on customer service, production support, software release/upgrade/technology management, system integration, business development, best practices and business process skills. Prior to joining Tibersoft, Beth worked for Visibility, Inc for 14 years in a variety of management roles that included 6 years as the head of technical services. In addition she was responsible for the Data Warehousing Consulting team. Prior to that Beth worked for The Data Group where she was responsible for managing the services team that delivered dispatch, logistics and contract management production support.
She is now responsible for building and managing the team that acquires, manages and delivers Tibersoft’s data services as well as all customer support functions.
Beth has a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Salem State College.
