Christopher - Founder and CEO
Mr. Martin founded Tibersoft in 1996. He has combined a deep understanding of the industry's challenges, an expertise in making technology approachable and easy to use, and a vision for change, to lead the company in supplying practicle supply chain solutions that work.

To Tibersoft he brings 19 years of software sales and marketing experience at Access Technology and Organizational Dynamics where he helped form the TQM (Total Quality Management) software division. In 1992 Mr. Martin started the South Natick Group - a software development company providing executive information systems. Marquee clients included CVS, Hershey Foods, Gateway 2000, Hewlett Packard, and John Hancock.

Mr. Martin’s success with SNG brought him into contact with the foodservice industry. Mr. Martin is a regular speaker and writer on many topics associated with supply chain execution.

Chris Hart - Senior Director of Engineering and Product Management
One of Tibersoft's first employees, Chris brings hands-on foodservice experience to the Company. Previously, he owned and operated a fine-dining restaurant in the South End of Boston, Tremont 647, as well as managed store operations for Whole Foods Market. It was at Whole Foods in 1996 where Chris started applying his technical background to solving foodservice challenges when he initiated and conceptualized an Internet-based grocery delivery service for the company. Since joining Tibersoft, Chris has been an integral part of successful product implementations for SYSCO, ARAMARK, The Cheesecake Factory and other foundation accounts. His understanding of the foodservice supplychain is critical to the design of the product.   He is  responsible for the leadership of the Engineering team and for directing all aspects of Tibersoft's Product Roadmap.

Beth Madore - Senior Director of Professional Services
With over 20 years in the software industry, Beth is an accomplished professional with a strong focus on customer service, production support, software release/upgrade/technology management, system integration, business development, best practices and business process skills.  Prior to joining Tibersoft, Beth worked for Visibility, Inc for 14 years in a variety of management roles that included 6 years as the head of technical services. In addition she was responsible for the Data Warehousing Consulting team. Prior to that Beth worked for The Data Group where she was responsible for managing the services team that delivered dispatch, logistics and contract management production support.

She is now responsible for building and managing the team that acquires, manages and delivers  Tibersoft’s data services as well as all customer support functions.

Beth has a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Computer Science from Salem State College.

Mary Wilson - VP Administration, Founder
In the years since Tibersoft’s inception in 1996, Mary has played multiple roles to support the growth and success of the company. She has served as the company’s EVP and is currently responsible for Human Resources, Finance, and Contract Administration.

Prior to founding Tibersoft with Chris, Mary worked for over ten years as an organizational and process consultant as a Director at Organizational Dynamics, Inc. and has extensive experience in strategic development and implementation. Mary's expertise in leadership, process improvement, and problem solving assisted many clients in setting strategic direction and confronting tough business issues. Her clients included over one third of the Fortune 100 in diverse industry sectors including: manufacturing, healthcare, high technology, retail, communications and federal government agencies.

Mary holds a Master of Business Administration, With Distinction from Rivier College. She also holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Summa Cum Laude, from Lowell University.
